Center Advised Indian Citizens Living In Iran To Leave Immediately

Delhi/Hyderabad, Jan 15 (Maxim News): It is known that protests have been taking place in Iran against the government for the past few days. As these protests turned violent, it is believed that more than 12,000 people have lost their lives so far. In this context, the Indian Embassy there has recently been alerted. It has advised Indian citizens living in Iran to leave the country immediately. It has advised them to leave the country using available means of transport.

It is known that the economic crisis in Iran is ongoing. With inflation rising and the currency value falling sharply, the prices of essential commodities are skyrocketing. Due to this, the people there are facing serious problems. It is against this backdrop that they are taking to the streets to protest against the Iranian government. They are demanding that Supreme Leader Khamenei step down from power.  

On the other hand, US President Trump is supporting the Iranian protests. He called on the protesters to continue the protests and take over government institutions. He wrote on Truth Social that he would help the struggle. He warned that the names of the murderers and attackers should be recorded. They will have to pay a heavy price. He said that he has canceled all meetings with Iranian officials until the killings of protesters stop. Meanwhile, the Iranian Foreign Ministry said that the situation is under control.
