Amaravati, June 13 (Maxim News): Election Commission of India (ECI) on Thursday transferred Gopalakrishna Dwivedi, Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) of Andhra Pradesh and appointed K. Vijayanand, former chairman and MD of APGENCO. The Election Commission has issued orders to this effect and Vijayanand the 1992 Cadre IAS officer was asked to take charge at given time.(Maxim News)
