Cheating Case Registered Against Malla Reddy’s Son-In-Law

Hyderabad, April 14 (Maxim News): A case was registered against former minister Mallareddy’s son-in-law Marri Rajasekhar Reddy today (Monday) . The police have registered a cheating case against Malkajgiri MLA Marri Rajasekhar Reddy on the complaint of a person named Yesubabu.

Yesubabu complained that Marri Rajasekhar Reddy had to pay Rs. 20 lakhs to Vision Property Management Service but did not pay. With this, the police have registered a cheating case against Marri Rajasekhar Reddy.

Yesubabu said that he had allocated 40 staff to Arundhati Hospital through Vision Property Management Service. Rajasekhar Reddy agreed to give a total of Rs. 50 lakhs. He said that Rajasekhar Reddy had paid Rs. 30 lakhs several times. After that, Yesubabu complained that Rajasekhar Reddy did not respond when asked to give the remaining money. Yesubabu approached the police. Yesubabu approached the police saying that he was not giving the money.

A cheating case has been registered against Rajasekhar Reddy under the BNS Act. An FIR has been registered at the police station under sections 316/2, 318(4). If the crime is proven in this case, Marri Rajasekhar Reddy is likely to be sentenced to five years in prison. It is known that Marri Rajasekhar Reddy won as the Malkajgiri BRS MLA in the last election. (Maxim News)
