Nirmal/Hyderabad, May 22 (Maxim News) : The explosion of a check dam in Nirmal district with bombs has gone viral. The explosion of a check dam built at a cost of lakhs of rupees with bombs has become a topic of discussion in Nirmal district. On Thursday (may 22), irrigation officials blew up the check dam by blasting it.
However, the Irrigation officials demolished the check dam built on the Swarna Vagu near GNR Colony in Nirmal town by blasting. The officials blew it up as the check dam posed a threat to GNR Colony due to flooding.
Every year, during the rainy season, the colony experiences heavy floodwaters. to eliminate the threat of flooding. The authorities have constructed a check dam.
Locals arrived in large numbers after hearing the news that the check dam was being blown up. They reached there with interest to see the check dam being blown up. The colony residents thanked the authorities for providing relief to the people from the flood. (Maxim News)
