Chevella Accident: CM Chandrababu Reacts To The Tragedy
Hyderabad, Nov 3 (Maxim News): A horrific road accident took place near Mirjalguda near Chevella mandal, Rangareddy district, Telangana state. 25 people lost their lives when a gravel tipper hit an RTC bus. 40 people were injured in the accident. Doctors said that about 20 of them are in critical condition.
The fact that three of the 25 people who have died so far, namely Tanusha, Sai Priya and Nandini, are from the same family, has created a lot of panic in the locality. Most of the deceased are from Vaddera Galli in Tandur town. 10 of the injured people were given basic treatment and those who were in critical condition were shifted to NIMS and Gandhi hospitals.
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu expressed deep shock over the incident. “The road accident in Chevella is heartbreaking. My deepest condolences to the families of the deceased. The Telangana government should take immediate steps for the speedy recovery of the injured,” Chandrababu said.
State Minister Nara Lokesh also expressed grief over the accident. He said, “My condolences to all those who died. My deepest sympathies to their families. I pray for the speedy recovery of those injured.”
Rescue teams reached the scene immediately after the accident and shifted the victims to the hospital. Police have launched an investigation into the incident and are continuing their investigations to determine the factors that led to the accident.
People are also expressing their condolences on social media over the tragedy. The sudden loss of lives of ordinary people on the bus at the scene has left families in tears.
The Chevella road accident has shaken the hearts of the people of Telugu states. People are demanding strict implementation of road safety measures to prevent such incidents from happening in the future.
