Chief Secretary Instructed Officials To Make Arrangements For PM Visit

Hyderabad, Sept 27 (Maxim News): Chief Secretary Santhi Kumari instructed the officials to make foolproof arrangements in close coordination with departments for the ensuing visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to the state on October 1. 

The Chief Secretary held a high-level meeting with the officials and took stock of the arrangements being made in connection with the Prime Minister’s visit. The Prime Minister will dedicate to the nation NH 365 Khammam – Suryapet road.  He will also lay the foundation stone for Warangal-Khammam and Khammam-vijayawada NH 163 green field access control highway which is part of the Nagpur-Vijayawada economic corridor. 

The Chief Secretary directed the police department to make adequate security arrangements as per the blue book. Similarly, the fire, health, electricity, R&B, and other departments were also instructed to make elaborate arrangements. The Collector and SP of Mahbubnagar were told to work in close coordination with the organizers for the public meeting which will be held at Bhuthpur. 

DGP Anjani Kumar, energy Special Chief Secretary Sunil Sharma, GAD Secretary Sheshadri, Roads and Buildings Secretary Srinivasa Raju, Medical and Health Secretary SAM Rizvi, PR Special Commissioner Ashok Reddy, Police NHAI, BSNL, Fire and Aviation Department officials attended the meeting.  (Maxim News)
