According to Singh, the hearing was scheduled for noon. She alleged that the magistrate had not entered the courtroom until the evening.
Singh claimed the required formalities, including verification, had already been completed. However, she alleged that the hearing focused on the threatening message rather than the bail petition’s merits.
She also questioned the timing of the public prosecutor’s appearance. Singh alleged that the prosecutor had been absent for four days before appearing on Sunday.
According to her, the magistrate raised the threat issue shortly after the prosecutor arrived. She alleged that the developments were intended to prevent the release of the two party leaders.
These allegations have not been independently established. Delhi Police have said the prescribed procedure was being followed, while the CJP has alleged deliberate delays.

The latest controversy has raised further questions about the progress of their bail proceedings. However, the party’s allegations of a deliberate conspiracy remain claims and have not been independently established.
