Congress Cadres Attack BRS Workers Ahead Of Polling
Jangaon/Hyderabad, June 1 (Maxim News): The issue of installing a statue of Telangana Talli in Palakurthi in the district has led to severe tension. While Congress cadres were trying to install a new model statue of Telangana Talli, BRS cadres blocked it. BRS demanded that the old model statue of Telangana Talli be installed.
This led to a dispute between the two groups. A scuffle broke out between the Congress and BRS ranks, leading to a tense situation.
The dispute escalated further as a large number of BRS ranks arrived there. In this context, police are being deployed in Palakurthi to try to defuse the situation.
