CLP Leader Releases Padayatra Route Map

Hyderabad, Aug.7 (Maxim News): CLP leader Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka today released a route map of his upcoming padayatra scheduled to be held from August 9 to 16 in Khammam district. The padayatra would be held from Palair of Khammam district to Sathupally.

Addressing media persons at his camp office on the occasion, he ridiculed that the BJP which did not have a single page in the history of the freedom movement of the country was doing publicity by claiming that it was responsible for the independence of the country. He alleged that the saffron party was trying to distort the history of the country by using the name of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, who fought for the freedom of the country under the leadership of Mahatma Gandhi.

He made it clear that their party held several agitations for the freedom of the country from 1885 to 1947 and added there was no BJP when the Congress party was fighting for the freedom of the country. He said he was holding a 75 km long padayatra as per the instructions of AICC to celebrate the 75th Independence Day celebrations and added that he would explain the role played by the Congress party and its leaders in its freedom movement to the people of his district.

He said the Congress MLAs, MLCs, and former State and Central ministers would take part in the padayatra. He made it clear that the Congress party brought freedom to the country. (Maxim News)
