CM Has Home Ministry: Police Have No Protection: Harish Rao
Hyderabad, Oct 20 (Maxim News): Former Minister and MLa harish Rao has strongly criticized Telangana chief Minister Revanth Reddy for not keeping law and order in the state despite him holding the Home Ministry. Senior officials in the government are behaving like goons. He made sensational comments saying that the police themselves are left without protection.
Harish Rao offered special prayers at the Bhagyalakshmi temple in Hyderabad on the occasion of Diwali. Later, Harish Rao said that the incident of a rowdy sheeter killing a policeman has exposed the state of law and order in the state. Why is it that the police themselves are not protected? Law and order in the state is not under control even though the Chief Minister has the Home Department. A person from a constable’s family should be given a job and that family should be supported. The elders in the government are behaving like goons. The police themselves are left without protection.
Isn’t it true that industrialists are being held at gunpoint and illegally collected? If Minister Konda Surekha’s family members are speaking so openly, who should think that no wrong has been done? A SIT inquiry should be conducted on this issue. They are threatening investors and taking up gun culture and distributing shares. If we bring agriculture, the Revanth Reddy government will bring gun culture, he said. (Maxim News)
