CM Revanth Reddy Meets Prince Aga Khan Over Heritage Projects

Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy met Prince Rahim Aga Khan V at the Taj Falaknuma Palace to discuss heritage restoration and development projects in the state.

During the meeting, Revanth Reddy thanked the Aga Khan Foundation for its contribution to the restoration of the Telangana Legislative Council building and the Qutb Shahi Tombs in Hyderabad.

Revanth Reddy Seeks Support for Musi Heritage Projects

The Chief Minister sought the foundation’s support for restoring other historic landmarks, including City College and the Osmania Hospital along the Musi River.

The meeting also covered the Telangana government’s plans to clean and rejuvenate the Musi River and preserve heritage structures along its banks.

According to the plans discussed, the existing Osmania Hospital building would be converted into a heritage site, while a new hospital is proposed at Goshamahal.

Revanth Reddy also invited Prince Rahim Aga Khan V to attend the Telangana Global Summit, scheduled to be held at Future City from December 7 to 9.

The meeting focused on combining heritage conservation with urban development and the revival of Hyderabad’s historic landmarks and the Musi riverfront.
