Congress And AIMIM Will Work Together For Developing Hyderabad: Revanth

Hyderabad, March 9 (Maxim News): Both the Congress and AIMIM who were alleging each other stating that they are the ‘B” team of communal BJP party and AIMIM even alleged that Revanth Reddy is the agent of the RSS, the situation has now been changed as the Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has announced that the Congress government would work along with the AIMIM in developing Hyderabad.

As far as Revanth Reddy is concerned, he speaks openly and works on the interest of the people of Telangana and their development and welfare,  He has referred to the Prime Minister Narendra Modi as elder brothers and assured that he wants to develop the Telangana state as Modi ji has developed Gujarat State.  However, his tactics of moving with all particularly with the Central government led by the BJP has brought many positive results which was beyond the expectation, within 3 months of his assuming power in the State as the Chief Minister and bringing the Congress party into power, in Telangana, the state got the investments of over Rs. 1.35 lakh crores in the form of investment from Davos, Prime Minister announced Central Projects worth over Rs. 63 thousand crores during his two days visit, apart from sanctioning National Highways worth over Rs. 25 thousand crores. 

While laying the foundation for the metro line in Old city along with the AIMIM President Asaduddin Owaisi, the Chief Minister  assured that the Congress government was committed to develop the old city, the Chief Minister said the old city was the real Hyderabad.

He said that the Congress government would be in power till 2034 and the Metro rail works in Old city would be completed in five years, he assured, adding that the State government would take loans and seek central funds for executing the works.  Ridiculing the past government’s plans to construct Metro from Hitech City, ORR and airport, the Chief Minister said that people living in Jubilee Hills and Banjara Hills do not board metro, instead use their cars, Middle and low income group people, who fly to gulf countries from Old City need Metro, he stressed. 

He reminded the Congress government had implemented four per cent reservation to Minorities and constructed ORR, international airport, besides getting River Krishna and Godavari waters to the city, the Chief Minister said similarly Musi River Front Development project would also be taken up covering 55 kms.

The state government was preparing a Vibrant Telangana 2050 master plan and as part of these plans, river Musi would be developed as a tourist destination to draw international tourists, he said. 

The Chief Minister responded positively to Hyderabad MP and AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi’s appeal to relocate chanchalguda jail to the city fringes and set up a KG to PG campus.  The State government released Rs. 200 crore for completing four road widening works Mir Alam Bridge was also approved with a cost of Rs. 366 crore.  Foundation for this structure would be laid in a couple of days while inaugurating the STP at Mir Alam, he said.

Asaduddin Owaisi said “You (Revanth), got five years tenure and delivered governance peacefully, “Asaduddin Owaisi said. _He also stressed on the need to continue the prevailing peace and harmony among different communities.  All the attempts of a few forces, which were trying to disturb the secular fabric of Telangana, should be thwarted, he added.  (Maxim News)
