Congress Caste Survey Injustice To BCs By Including Muslims: Kishan Reddy
Hyderabad, may 4 (Maxim News): Union Minister and Telangana State BJP President, Kishan Reddy criticized the Congress government in Telangana for not conducting a caste census and only conducting a caste survey. He alleged that the Revanth Reddy government had done injustice to the BCs by including Muslims in the BC list with this caste survey.
Kishan Reddy, interacting with the Media persons, said that the central government will conduct a proper caste census along with the population census based on the Caste Census Act.
He refuted the criticism of BRS leaders against the central government. “One of the BRS leaders is retiring. One is on leave, One has broken his back and is on rest (referring to KCR, harish Rao and KTR), he said.
Kishan Reddy said that Union Minister for Surface Transport, Nitin Gadkari will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for 26 projects worth Rs. 5,416 crore in Adilabad and Hyderabad on 5th of this month. He revealed that the Amberpet flyover in Hyderabad will be inaugurated. He said that the Center is spending Rs. 1 lakh crore for the construction of 5 corridors linked to Telangana.
It was revealed that there were 2,500 km of national highways in Telangana till 2014, but now it has been increased to 5,200 km. It was explained that the Hyderabad-Vijayawada national highway will be expanded to six lanes.
It was stated that the sooner the state government hands over the lands, the faster the construction of the roads will be completed. He said that national highways pass through 32 district centers in the state. (Maxim News)
