Congress Demands CM To Honor Promises Made To TSRTC Employees

Hyderabad, Sept.4 (Maxim News): Congress official spokesperson Sudheer Reddy on Wednesday demanded that the State government solve the problems of TSRTC employees. He said it was the duty of the government to solve the problems of the employees of the corporation, which has been serving the State for a long time. He said the corporation had been safely dropping lakhs of passengers at their destinations safely.

Speaking to mediapersons, Sudheer Reddy alleged that the ruling party was deliberately trying to dilute the Corporation. He also alleged that the State Government has not yet appointed an efficient officer as its MD so far. Stating that CM KCR had said on several occasions that separate Telangana State was the only solution to all the problems faced by the people, he asked the Chief Minister as to what happened to his words.

He said the TSRTC employees played an important role in separate Telangana State agitation and made it clear that the employees of the corporation were not making any undue demands. He also alleged that the honorary president of the Corporation employees association and former minister Harish Rao quit from his post as he could not render justice to them. (Maxim News)
