Congress Party Extends Support To Doctors Stir
Hyderabad, Feb.13 (Maxim News): Congress party has extended its support to the ongoing agitation of doctors of the state protesting the decision of the central government to introduce mixopathi. TPCC working president Ponnam Prabhakar today took part in the agitation program held by the doctors under the aegis of Indian Medical Association at Karimnagar.
Speaking on the occasion he said that the association was holding the agitation till the 14th of this month. He said that the party was extending complete support to the agitation. He said that the new act would harm the allopathy doctor of the country . He said that the decision would also throw the lives of thousands of people of the state into peril. He said that it was not good to bring any kind of act by citing shortage of the doctors. He demanded the central government to set up more number of medical colleges to overcome the shortage of the doctors. (Maxim News)
