The Congress is seeking support in the Mahbubnagar-Rangareddy-Hyderabad and Nalgonda-Khammam-Warangal graduate constituencies. The party has fielded Sama Rammohan Reddy and Ramreddy Sarvotham Reddy, respectively, according to recent reports.

The latest meeting marks another effort by the Congress to coordinate with Left parties ahead of the council polls. However, the request for CPI support should not be treated as a formal agreement unless the party confirms its decision.
