Congress To Launch Pattana Gosa Program Against TRS’ Pattana Pragathi program: Revanth
Hyderabad, Feb.23 (Maxim News): Congress MP A. Revanth Reddy alleged TRS government decided to launch Pattana Pragathi program in order to atone its sins.
Addressing mediapersons, Revanth Reddy alleged that the program was proposed to cheat the residents of GHMC, which would go for elections very soon. He also said the Congress would launch “Pattana Gosa Program” to counter the TRS’ program. Referring to Balladeer Gorati Venkanna, Revanth said songs of Venkanna were being realized in the State.
Targeting Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao, the Congress MP said there would be a political motive behind all the welfare programs of the State government. On the two BHK scheme, he said some 30 lakh people from across the State and some 10 lakh people from GHMC were found to be eligible for the flagship scheme of the State government. However, the State government constructed only 108 houses for the homeless under GHMC limits.
Stating that they did not oppose any scheme being implemented in KCR’s native place Chintamadaka and Erravalli villages, Revanth Reddy alleged that the CM had imposed a burden of Rs 3 lakh on each and every family in the State. He also said he would take the issue of misappropriation of funds of the Centre by the State government in the Lok Sabha. He also asked Union Minister of State for Home Affairs G. Kishan Reddy as to why he didn’t hold a review meeting despite knowing that the funds meant for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana scheme were diverted. (Maxim News)
