Kadatal: Kalyanam Mallaiah (55), a constable of Kadatal police station in Rangareddy district, died after suffering a heart attack.
While working at the station Thursday night, Mallayah suffered severe chest pain.
He was initially admitted to a private hospital in Kadtal, but his condition worsened and he was shifted to Hyderabad for further treatment. Sadly, he died on the way.

Mallaiya was a resident of Jonnalaboguda village in the Peddakothapally district of Swasthalam town in the Kurnool district. He is survived by his wife and two children.
