Corona—TSHRC To Take up Matters Only Twice A Week

Hyderabad, March 18 (Maxim News): Keeping in view of Corona Virus outbreak in country particularly in Telangana State and, as a precautionary measure to prevent spread of virus, the Telangana State Human Rights Commission, consisting of Justice Gunda Chandraiah, Chairperson, Ananda Rao Namaplly, Member and Mohammed Irfan Moinuddin, Member (Non-Judicial) decided to take up the case, received through post/ in-person, in chambers (without court hearing) till April 9, commencing from March 19.

Secretary of the Commission stated in a press note today, that it was decided to take up urgent matters only twice a week i.e Tuesday and Thursday by way of court hearings.

Regular matters, which are already directed to be listed, will automatically be adjourned and the parties who received the notices from the office of the Commission need not attend before the Commission till April 9.
