Covid-19 Is Increasing Rapidly In Telangana

Hyderabad, April 19 (Maxim News): Covid-19 is causing much panic in the State. The number of fresh cases of corona is going up day by day and the death toll is also on the increase each day. The daily number of cases crossed the 4,000 mark now.

The corona bulletin released by the health department officials here today said that on Sunday, as many as 4,009 new cases were recorded, while 14 persons died due to it. The total number of cases registered so far were 3.55 lakhs and the total deaths accounted for 1,838. There are 39,154 active cases now, while the number of persons recovered were 3.14 lakhs.

Advice to people

Scientists and doctors are saying that prevention of corona is in the hands of people themselves and they should strictly follow the guidelines issued to prevent the spread of the pandemic. The say that wearing a mask, observing social distance of six feet and keeping away from places where people gather are a must to stay free from corona.

As the hospitals are full with patients and the cost of treatment is beyond the reach of the common man, it is better to take all the precautions against corona rather than adopting a negligent attitude and then getting panicky about it’s impact and the costs of treatment. (Maxim News)
