Cow Smuggling Under The Guise Of Banana Leaves
Hyderabad, May 19 (Maxim News): Police stopped a vehicle carrying bananas on top and cows underneath while it was being transported illegally.
A DCM vehicle carrying 28 cows illegally from Pithapuram, Andhra Pradesh to Hyderabad was caught at Pantangi Toll Plaza in Choutuppal Mandal, Yadadri bhuvanagiri district.
The accused, DCM driver Ramavat Sharat Kumar and cleaner Dasari Bhagwan, from Chennareddy Gvudeni in mandala mandal of Rangareddy district, have been arrested, said Choutuppal CI Manmath Kumar.
The seized cows have been shifted to the Hyderabad cow shed. (Maxim News)
