CP CV Anand’s Key Instructions To Organizers Of Shri Ram Navami Shobha Yatra
Hyderabad, April 3 (Maxim News): Hyderabad Police Commissioner CV Anand said that the procession to be held on the 6th on the occasion of Sri Ram Navami should be celebrated peacefully and happily.
Today, a meeting of the Sri Ram Shobha Yatra Coordination Committee was held. On this occasion, CP CV Anand issued key instructions to the Coordination Committee. He said that the Sri Ram Navami procession will start from Taram Bagh. He advised the organizers to ensure that the procession starts at 1 pm.
CP CV Anand clarified that the procession routes will be small and there will be no possibility of heavy tusker vehicles. That is why he suggested that trials be conducted first with a tusker vehicle. He advised that the height of the statues should also be kept small. He said that if drones are to be flown, they should be informed in advance.
He said that accidents are happening more often due to DJ sound. He said that DJ sounds should be kept to a minimum during the procession. CP CV Anand suggested that the organizers should take precautions to avoid loud DJ sounds during the procession.
CP CV Anand said that songs should not be offensive to other communities during the procession. He said that stages should be set up on both sides of the road without any problem during the procession.
He said that a joint control room will be set up at ICCC and the procession will be monitored. He said that generators will be set up for 24 hour power and back-up. He said that drivers and conductors will be available from RTC.
He said that prasadam distribution centers should be set up without any hindrance during the procession. CP CV Anand suggested that all government departments should take steps to make the procession a success without any problems. (Maxim News)
