CPI demands criminal cases against JP Nadda, Amit shah

Hyderabad, Nov.4 (NSS): CPI party today demanded the authorities concerned to file criminal cases against BJP National Chief JP Nadda , Union Home Minister Amit Shah BJP national organising secretary BL Santosh.

The state secretary of the party Kunamneni Sambasiva Rao said that the authorities should book the cases by taking into consideration the audio and video footage released by the CM of the state KCR at a press meet held in the city on Thursday. Referring to the video footage , he said that the accused involved in the scam proudly stated that they were responsible for the collapse of democratically elected governments in eight states of the country Besides stating that the prime minister of the country Narendra Modi and union home minister Amit shah also had a role in it. He said that the high courts of respective states should also take Suo Moto cognizance of the comments of the accused and register cases on their own motion.

He said that the CM KCR had already stated that they sent the videos to the chief justice of India and the chief justices of the eight states . He said that the judiciary of the country should give a clear message that all were equal before the law of the land by taking the suo moto cognisance. (NSS)
