Criminal Case Booked Against MLA Raja Singh

Hyderabad, Dec.4 (Maxim News): A criminal case was registered against BJP MLA T. Raja Singh for his provocative comments against the people of a community.

The Bahadurpura police booked the case against the MLA on the basis of a complaint lodged by one Nawazuddin. In his complaint, Nawazuddin alleged that the controversial leader had made insulting remarks against Prophet recently. He said the people of the community would not tolerate such atrocious remarks and urged the police to take severe action against the MLA lest his comments would lead to communal tensions in the capital city. The police booked a case under Section 295 A of IPC (Maxim News)
