Criticise KCR not AP if Harish Rao has issues with him: AP Minister Amarnath
Visakhapatnam, Sept. 30 (NSS): Minister of the State Gudiwada Amarnath today came down heavily against his Telangana counterpart for criticising the State on the issue of government teachers. He alleged that Harish Rao was levelling baseless allegations against their government as he wanted them to criticise CM KCR in response to his criticism.
“If Harish Rao criticised our CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, we will criticise CM KCR. It appears that Harish Rao feels happy when we criticise CM KCR in response to his criticism,” he said, adding that they don’t have any need to take lessons from the Telangana State in any issue of governance.
Speaking to media persons here today, Amarnath asked Harish Rao to reveal the details of the development of the Telangana State in the last eight years of TRS rule. He asked Harish Rao to visit their State and observe the welfare programs being implemented by their government. He said the entire world was aware of the assault of an AP government employee by Harish Rao at AP Bhavan in Delhi before the formation of Telangana State. Harish Rao alleged that the AP government was behaving in a merciless manner against the government teachers and added that the State government was also filing cases against the teachers. Harish Rao made these remarks while addressing a meeting of the teachers in Hyderabad. He also said the Telangana government was giving a lot of respect to the teachers. (NSS)
