Cyber Terrorism Sections Filed Against Accused In Phone Tapping Case
Hyderabad, April 25 (Maxim News) A key development has taken place in the phone tapping case. The investigation team has registered cyber-terrorism sections against the accused.

The police will apply IT Act 66(f) in the case of phone tapping. The police will file a memo in the Nampally court on this.
Arguments on the bail petition of former DSP Praneet Rao, Additional SPs, Bhujanga Rao, and Thirupatanna, who were arrested in this case were completed on Wednesday.

After hearing the arguments of both sides, the Nampally Court adjourned the verdict till today.
Praneeth Rao, Thirupatanna, and Bhujanga Rao who are currently on remand in Chanchalguda jail. have filed a petition in the Nampally court to grant them bail.

On Wednesday the court heard the arguments of the special public prosecutor on behalf of the police. It is stated that if bail is granted to the accused at this crucial stage of the investigation of the phone-tapping case, the witnesses will be affected. (Maxim News)
