Darshan Of Lord Complete New Experience: CJI
Tirumala, Nov.24 (Maxim News): “I have been visiting the temple of Lord Venkateswara from the past 40 years but this time, it was totally a new experience for me”, expressed Chief Justice of India Justice Sharad Arvind Bobde, who is on his maiden visit to Tirumala in the capacity of CJI.
Earlier, the CJI was given a traditional warm welcome with Isthikaphal by the temple priests and he was received by TTD Chairman YV Subba Reddy, EO Anil Kumar Singhal, Additional EO AV Dharma Reddy on his arrival at the main entrance of the Tirumala temple. Later, along with his son Shrinivas Bobde, the CJI offered prayers to Lord Venkateswara in the sanctum sanctorum on Sunday. The Chief Justice of High Court of Andhra Pradesh Justice Jitendra Kumar Maheshwari also accompanied the CJI during darshan. After darshan, the temple priests at Ranganayakula Mandapam offered Vedasirvachanam the CJI. The Chairman, EO and Additional EO offered Thirtha Prasadams, lamination photo of Lord Venkateswara to the dignitary.
Sharing his experience of darshan, the CJI said, “It was really a great experience to have darshan and Blessings of Lord Venkateswara in the capacity of CJI. The temple and its precincts, the architecture, the serene environs gave a soothing feel and positive energy. The maintenance of the temple by the TTD authorities is laudable”, he observed.
