Hyderabad, July 10 (Maxim News): Deccan park here on Monday inaugurated by Minister K T Ramarao along with State Minister (Independent Charge) Ministry of Labour & Employment Bandaru Dattatreya, Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi, Karwan MLA Kausar Mohiuddin, GHMC Commissioner Dr. B. Janardhan Reddy and others.
Quli Qutub Shah Urban Development Authority (QQSUDA) had taken over 31 acres of government land in 1982 and developed the Deccan Park over 20 acres with a host of facilities
The park has a musical fountain, swimming pool, Chowki dinner shed, conference hall, boating pond, kiddy pool, lazy pool, toy train, view point open area, stage event, canteen building, among others.
QQSUDA took up the developmental works from 2002 to 2006 and a total of 76 workers have been working in Deccan Park for its maintenance.
