  • Central Intelligence sources have spied on the movements of the BRS leaders.

Delhi Liquor Case | Hyderabad, Mar 9 (Maxim News): Central Intelligence Agencies are busy in Telangana. As the ED investigation on MLC Kalvakuntla Kavitha in the Delhi Liquor Scam case will take place, in the background of speculations about the arrest, the Central Intelligence sources have spied on the movements of the BRS leaders.

Every move of the BRS ranks is closely monitored. Intelligence agencies have already given a report to the Center on the political developments in Telangana. Union Home Minister Amit Shah is going to visit Hyderabad on March 12 to participate in CISF passing out parade, later, he will meet Telangana BJP leaders.

Delhi Liquor Case

It is known that an ED notice was sent to Kavitha on Wednesday asking her to attend the inquiry in the Delhi liquor scam case. So, she went to Delhi on Wednesday. There are reports that the ED will arrest her after the investigation.

Central Intelligence became more alert as Amit Shah was coming to Telangana under such circumstances. They are inquiring about the situation in the state.

As soon as Kavitha went to Delhi, Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao ordered a BRS Extended meeting as a matter of urgency. In fact, the Cabinet meets only in dire situations. ED asks Kavitha to come for an investigation. She pleaded for time.

Meanwhile, Kavitha went to Delhi as per the pre-arranged schedule, all this happened in a matter of hours. There are many doubts about KCR’s decision to meet the BRS Extended Meeting after Kavita left Delhi.

Delhi Liquor Case: KCR, KTR, AND KAVITHA PLAN TO SHOW STRENGTH IN CASE OF ARREST

Kalvakuntla family comprising of Chief Minister K.Chandrasekhar Rao, Minister K.Tarak Rama Rao, and MLC K.Kavitha has been geared up to seek the people’s support in case if Kavitha is arrested by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in Delhi Liquor Scam. Kavitha will be appearing before the investigating agencies on March 11.

As part of the strategy, Kavitha announced a sitting hunger strike at Jantar Mantar in Delhi on March 10 to gather support from the friendly parties opposed to BJP alleging that BJP is targeting the Opposition parties and using Central Investigating Agencies against them.

While the KCR has planned to hold the BRS party extended meeting comprising of Ministers, MPs, MLA, MLCs, District Presidents, Mandal President, and Chairmans in Hyderabad on March 10, the reason for this is to take a future course of action against BJP and the Central government in case Kavitha is arrested by the ED.

Delhi Liquor Case

Though the investigation into the Delhi Liquor Scam started about 6 months back, about 11 people who have been involved in the Delhi Liquor Scam have been arrested, including the senior AAP leader and former Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi, Manish Sisodia, after this now the leader from the Telangana K.Kavitha got the ED notice, this has happened after the arrest of Hyderabad based businessman, Arun Ramachandra Pillai apparently built or was made to build a case against Kavitha.

It is likely that both will be able to confront each other’s statements during ED’s questioning. Arun Pillai continues to be in the agency’s custody. Ramchandra Pillai is a close aide to Kavitha and might have given all the information on the involvement of Kavitha, In the chargesheet record he has already accepted that he is benami of Kavitha who is working for her.

It may be recalled that the entire South Group has been arrested a few days ago and summons to Kavitha followed, If you look at the probe, earlier Boinpally Abhishek, P.Sarath Chandra former MD of Aurobindo and Magunta Raghava Reddy (YSRCP MP’s son) and important members of the South Group were arrested including the former Delhi Chief Minister Manish Sisodia after the confession of dinesh Arora and others.
