Delhi Liquor Scam: CBI To Record Kavitha’s Statement On Dec 11
Hyderabad, Dec 6 (Maxim News): The Central Investigation Agency CBI has asked the MLC Kalvakunta Kavitha daughter of Chief Minister Kalvakunta Chandrasekhar Rao to be available for investigation on December 11 at 11 am to record her statement at her house in Hyderabad in the Delhi Liquor Scam.
It may be recalled that the CBI officials have sent notices under 160 CrPC to attend the hearing at 11 am today, but Kavitha wrote to the CBI that she is not available and could not attend the inquiry. She asked for time to inquire on December 11, 12, 14 and 15 of this month, in this order, the CBI officials took this decision based on the information of MLC Kavitha. (Maxim News)
