Delhi Liquor Scam: Sisodia’s Bail Plea Hearing Adjourned To April 5
Delhi/Hyderabad, March 25 (Maxim News): Former Deputy Chief Minister and AAP party leader Manish Sisodia who was arrested in the Delhi Liquor Scam case has filed a petition in Rouse Avenue Court seeking bail. The Court adjourned the hearing on the petition today and posted the matter to April 5.
The investigation by the Enforcement Directorate authorities in this Delhi Liquor Scam is going on fast. Many people have already been detained and are being interrogated. ED officials are interrogating Manish Sisodia for a horse every day and the court is also increasing his custody period.
The ED officials are alleging that Sisodia is not telling key details and is not cooperating with the investigation. But Manbish Sisodia explains that he is answering all the questions. A bail petition was also filed in the Rouse Avenue Court. There was no investigation into this. The court is not taking any decision except extending custody.
Special Judge Nagpal adjourned the hearing scheduled today. He clarified that the final decision will be taken after the explanation given by the ED. (Maxim News)
