Division Bench Of The High Court Upheld Verdict Of Single Judge In TSPSC Group-1 Case

Hyderabad, Sept 27 (Maxim News): The Division Bench of the High Court of Telangana upheld the verdict given by the single judge in the TSPSC Group-1 prelims case.  

The division bench of the High Court clarified the reason for the cancellation of the prelims examinations.  The High Court decided that Group-1 prelims should be conducted again and dismissed the appeal filed by the TSPSC challenging the judgment of the single judge.

Many candidates filed petitions in the High Court to cancel the Group-1 prelims exam and conduct it again.  Biometric details are not taken in the test. the candidates brought to the notice of the court that OMR sheets were given without the hall ticket number. A single judge of the High Court took up the inquiry after considering the petitions of the candidates. The prelims exam was ordered to be conducted again.  Challenging the judgment of a single judge.  TSPSC filed an appeal in the Division Bench of the High Court.

the division bench, which heard the appeal on Tuesday, showered questions on the TSPSC.  “Is it the same negligence when the Group-1 exam was canceled once due to the leakage of question papers and conducted again?  Righting past mistakes? Why was the biometric system not mentioned in the notification and implemented? Do you violate the terms of your notification yourself? Why did that happen? Lakhs of unemployed have been waiting for years for jobs.  The High Court questioned the TSPSC on this occasion whether they would destroy their hope. The court commented that they are messing with the lives of the unemployed.  They are committing suicide.  Later, the verdict was issued on Wednesday, upholding the judgment given by the single judge.
