Hyderabad, Sept.19 (Maxim News): State BJP leader DK Aruna today alleged that the state government was not focusing on Tungabadra pushkaramas. She demanded the state government to focus on making arrangements for the pushkarams.
She alleged that the state government had not yet made any effort to hold the pushkarams which are held in the border town of the district Alampur and added that the neighbouring AP state had already begun to make the arrangements for the pushkarams while noting that it is unfortunate that the state government has not made any effort on the issue. She claimed that the promises made by the state government during the 2016 krishna pushkarams for the development of the Alampur had not yet been fulfilled by it.
She alleged that there was no response from the state government even after the receipt of a letter by the head of Mantralayam pheet. She alleged that the state government was behaving as if the organization of the pushkarams was the responsibility of the endowments department of the state. She said that huge number of devotees were likely to take part in the pushkarams despite the presence of Covid 19 virus. She alleged that CM KCR was only concerned about Yadadri temple and not Jogulamba Temple. (Maxim News)
