Drunk Techie’s Six Minute Havoc On Hyderabad Roads Kills 1 And Injuries 10

Hyderabad, April 16 (Maxim News): Drunk techie’s have created havoc in six minutes on Hyderabad roads killing one and injuring ten.  He caused six accidents in just six minutes between 12.45 am and 12.51 am.  His blood alcohol test showed an astonishing 550 mg/100 ml.  The permissible BAC limit under the Motor Vehicles Act, of 1988, is 30 mg/100 ml.

Patarla Kranthi Kumar, a 30-year software employee from  Nizampet, caused chaos in Hyderabad’s IT corridor on Sunday at midnight.  He caused six road accidents from Ikea to Kamineni Hospital near Raidurgam Police Station.  “While driving his Volkswagen Polo from Mindspace to Mehdipatnam, he crashed into three bikes, a car, an auto, and a pedestrian, said Raidurgam Police Inspector Ch. Venkanna, Raidurgam Police arrested Patarla Kranti Kumar and filed a case against him under sections 304 Part II (culpable homicide not amounting to murder) and 337 (causing hurt by act endangering life or personal safety of others) for reckless and negligent driving.  efforts are underway to identify the deceased for further investigation.  (Maxim News)
