ED Issued Notices To Bellampally MLA Vinod

Hyderabad, Dec 30 (Maxim News): Enforcement Directorate has issued notices to Bellampally Congress MLA and former HCA Chief Vinod in the case of irregularities in Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA).

It has been clarified that he will appear for the hearing in the first week of January. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) is investigating the case of irregularities of Rs. 20 crore funds in HCA. As part of this, the Cricket Association has already questioned former president and secretaries Arshad Ayub and Shivlal Yadav on Friday (29th of this month). Vinod was also supposed to attend the hearing along with them, but he was absent.  In this context, ED has once again issued notices. 

There were allegations of irregularities during the construction of Uppal Stadium. A case has been registered in Uppal police station in this regard. ED is investigating the case based on the charge sheet of the Anti-Corruption Department.  (Maxim News)
