Hyderabad, Sept. 3: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) conducted searches at the residence of Dhoolpet ganja case accused Ritu Bhai on Thursday morning.
The searches were carried out at eight locations as part of an investigation linked to a case registered by the Excise Department.
The investigation allegedly found that Ritu Bhai earned crores of rupees through ganja sales. The ED is also examining suspected hawala transactions linked to the alleged proceeds.

Several cases have reportedly been registered against Ritu Bhai for various offences. Hyderabad police have also previously invoked the Preventive Detention (PD) Act against the accused.
The ED is examining the financial transactions and alleged proceeds connected to the case. Searches at the identified locations are continuing.
