Eight Persons held in rioting and attempt to murder case

Hyderabad,Dec 17(Maxim News): The Police of Dabeerpura Police Station, Mirchowk Division, South Zone, Hyderabad apprehended eight persons namely 1) Shahzoor Mohammed Khan, 2) Afroz Mohammed Khan, 3) Ayan Ali Khan @ Raza Rado @ Raza Rowdy, 4) Razaullah Khan, 5) Syed Khadeer @ Bablu, 6) Shakir Murtuza Khan , 7) Mohd Faizulah Khan @ Sami and 8) Ansar Mohammed Khan on 16.12.2016 who committed rioting and attempted to murder.

The details of the arrested persons:

1.Shahzoor Mohammed Khan S/o Tatar Mohammed Khan, age 32 yrs, Occ: Business, R/o 16-4-250, Chanchalguda, Hyderabad.

2.Afroz Mohammed Khan S/o Lateef Mohammed Khan, age 39 yrs, Occ: Business, Occ: Business, R/o 16-4-253, Chanchalguda, Hyderabad.

3.Ayan Ali Khan @ Raza Rado @ Raza Rowdy S/o Liyaqath Ali Khan, age 36 yrs, Occ: Business R/o Hno:- 16-4-50, Chanchalguda, Hyderabad.

4.Razaullah Khan S/o Ahmed Ullah Khan, age 30 yrs, Occ: Business, R/o Hno:- 16-4-350, Chanchalguda, Hyderabad.

5.Syed Khadeer @ Bablu S/o Syed Anwar,age 34 yrs, Occ: Business, R/o 16-8-460/2, Near Akber tower, Kaladera, Malakpet, Hyderabad.

6.Shakir Murtuza Khan S/o Murtuza Ali Khan, age 36 yrs, Occ: Pvt job R/o Hno:- 16-4-99, Chanchalguda,Hyderabad.

7.Mohd Faizulah Khan @ Sami S/o Mohd Amanullah Khan, age 32 yrs, Occ: Pvt Job, R/o Hno:- 16-4-96, Chanchalguda, Hyderabad.

8.Ansar Mohammed Khan S/o Nisar Mohammed Khan, age 28 yrs, Occ: Business, R/o Hno:- 16-3-565, Near Moulsab Ki Masjid, Chanchalguda, Hyderabad.

Details of the case :

The complainant Sri Riyaz Ahmed Khan is a resident of Chanchalguda, Hyderabad. On 04.12.2016 at about 09:45 hours the above said accused persons formed themselves as a unlawful assembly and planned to kill the complainant.

While the complainant passing from Shukoor Miyan Paya Lane, Chanchalguda all the accused persons attacked him with sticks and beat him with an intention to kill him. They also damaged his bike. Due to which he received injuries on his head and bike got damaged.

In this regard a case in Cr.No. 179/2016 U/s 307 IPC 147,148, 427 IPC r/w 149 IPC has been registered and investigating into.

Later on credible information on 16.12.2016 Dabeerpura Police apprehended the accused at Farm House situated at Amangal, Mahaboob Nagar District and being produced before the Hon’ble Court.(Maxim News)
