Election Commission Orders To Release The Rythu Bandhu Funds To Benefit BRS: Revanth

Hyderabad, Nov 25 (Maxim News): TPCC President Revanth Reddy said that the Central Election Commission (CEC) has given permission to distribute Rythu Bandhu aid three days before the election polling in the state with the aim to provide benefit to the ruling BRS of Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao.

In a video release to this effect, Revanth criticised the Election Commission for not taking it into consideration even though they had earlier requested to give permission to Rythu Bandhu by November 15.  It is alleged that now orders have been given to benefit BRS.  

He said that before the elections, the farmers were suffering a loss of Rs. 5,000 due to Rythu bandhu, but in December, they would would have got Rs. 15,000 under ‘Rythu Bharosa”

Revanth Reddy alleged that the state Chief Electoral Officer Vikasraj is not picking up the phones of the Congress leaders.  He said IT raids are taking place in the houses of Congress leaders in the state.  (Maxim News)
