EPIC Number | Hyderabad, Oct. 14: Telangana Chief Electoral Officer C. Sudharsan Reddy has directed officials not to insist on an Electors Photo Identity Card (EPIC) number for enrolment in Graduates’ Constituencies.
In a memo issued on Monday, Sudharsan Reddy instructed officials not to reject Form-18 applications solely because applicants had not provided their EPIC numbers.
Elections to the Mahabubnagar-Rangareddy-Hyderabad and Warangal-Khammam-Nalgonda Graduates’ Constituencies are due in March 2027. Following directions from the Election Commission of India, enrolment has begun with November 1, 2026, as the qualifying date.
EPIC Number | Form-18 Submission Deadline Is November 6
Eligible graduates can apply online through the Telangana Chief Electoral Officer’s website at https://ceotelangana.nic.in. They can also submit Form-18 with the required documents and certificates in person to the Electoral Registration Officer (ERO), Assistant Electoral Registration Officer (AERO) or designated officers. Applications may also be sent by post.

The deadline for receiving Form-18 applications is November 6. Since the electoral rolls are being prepared afresh, all eligible persons must submit new applications using the modified Form-18, including those already listed on the existing rolls.
Every application must include authenticated copies of the required documents and certificates. Referring to an entry in an existing electoral roll alone will not establish eligibility for enrolment.
The draft electoral rolls will be published on November 25. Claims and objections can be submitted from November 25 to December 10, with disposal scheduled by December 25. The final electoral rolls are scheduled for publication on December 30.
