Errabelli flags off freedom rally in Hanmakonda

Hyderabad, Aug.13 (Maxim News): State Panchayat Raj and Rural Development minister Errabelli Dayakar Rao today flagged off freedom rally at Hanmakonda police headquarters as part of the ongoing diamond jubilee celebrations of Indian Independence Day. The rally held from the police headquarters to JNS.

State government chief whip D. Vinay Bhaskar, Warangal Mayor Gundu Sudha Rani, Warangal Police Commissioner Tarun Joshi, District Collector Rajiv Gandhi Hanmanthu Warangal Municipal

Commissioner Pravinya took part in the celebrations. Government employees and school students also took part in the celebrations.

Rao also took part in a massive human Chain formation and display of a giant national flag on Rayaparthi of Warangal – Khammam highway . The minister also took part in a freedom rally held in torrur of his Palakurthi assembly constituency of Mahabubabad district .

Speaking on the occasion, Dayakar rao said that the spirit of Indian freedom struggle should be told the people of the state and added that the context of the freedom movement should be explained to the future generations of Telangana. He urged the people to sing national anthem in mass prayer program scheduled to be held at 11.30 am on august 16 of this month as part of the ongoing celebrations.

He said that the public representatives, officials and NGOs and people of the state should take part in the celebrations in large numbers.He urged the people to follow the ideals of the Father of the nation Mahatma Gandhi and ensured that democracy always flourished in the country. (Maxim News)
