Every Indian Worried About The Safety Of Bangladeshi Hindus: PM Modi

Delhi/Hyderabad, Aug 15 (Maxim News): Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that 140 crore Indians are worried about the security of Hindus and other minorities in Bangladesh.

Addressing the nation at the Red Fort after unfurling the national flag on Independence Day. He said that India wants peace and brotherhood to prevail in India’s neighboring countries. It is hoped that the situation there will return to normal soon. Also, they wish to provide security to the Hindus and minorities there.

He said that India is thinking only for the welfare of the human race. India will stand by Bangladesh in its development journey in the coming days. Meanwhile, it is known that the movement against reservations turned violent.

Sheikh Hasina‘s resignation as Prime Minister has led to more violent attacks. After her resignation, she reached India. Attacks on Hindus as well as minorities have increased tremendously. Temples are also being attacked and looted. Prime Minister Modi has expressed concern over the situation there. (Maxim News)
