Ex-HMDA Director Shiva Balakrishna In ACB Remand For 8 Days
Hyderabad, Jan 30 (Maxim News): Nampally court has issued the orders on the irregularities committed by the RERA Secretary Shiva Balakrishna and allowed the ACB custody for 8 days.

The Court granted permission for 8 days as the ACB officials asked for the remand of Shiva Balakrishna for 10 days in the petition.
Now the line is clear for the ACB to investigate the Benami properties and also the ACB will inquire about the irregularities in HMDA, RERA, and Metro.

ACB said that it will take Shiva Balakrishna into custody as there is a need to investigate several complaints.
The ACB officials will take him into custody and interrogate him. it appears that more illegal assets are likely to come out. (Maxim News)
