Express Gratitude To CM And DY CM For Liberally Allocating Rs. 3003 Crores For Minorities Welfare
Hyderabad, July 25 (Maxim News): Mohammed Faheemuddin Qureshi, Vice Chairman and President, of Telangana Minorities Residential Educational Institutions Society has expressed his gratitude to Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka for liberally allocating sufficient budget for the Financial Year 2024-25.

In a statement, he said, that it is pertinent to note that, the Government of Telangana has allocated Rs. 3003 crores towards Minorities Welfare, whereas, the Government of India has allocated only Rs. 3,183 crores towards Minorities Welfare for the entire India. If we add the Minority Budget of Congress ruled states like Karnataka, Himachal Pradesh and Telangana, it will be 3 times the Budget of the Central Government for Minorities.
Further, the Budget estimate for the Union Minority Ministry remains almost unchanged with marginal increase for a couple of schemes and programmes. The budget allocation for the Ministry has been increased from Rs. 3,097 crre in the financial year 2023-24 to Rs. 3,183.24 crore for the Financial Year 2024-25.

He said the CM and Dy.CM have kept their promises announced in the Election Manifesto, this shows how committed the Congress Government is, he said. (Maxim News)
