Farmer Attempts Suicide Before Medchal Collectorate

Hyderabad, Jan 16 (Maxim News): A farmer named Gangaram of Raja Bollaram village of Medchal Mandal came with kerosene and tried to commit suicide before the Medchal District Collectorate.

According to the family members of Gangaram, he was having 18 acres of 5 guntas of land in Survey Number 207. The land was leased to the people of the same village.

However, after some years, when the Gangaram family members went to the village, he found that his land was occupied by someone other than those who had leased it. Gangaram’s family members are alleging tha tif they ask about this, they are threatening them. The people who are occupying their land are expressing concern that the records have been tampered with.

Gangaram’s family members went to complain about the same in Medchal District Collectorate’s public address, but no one cared to listen to him. Then the Gangaram tried to commit suicide by pouring kerosene on himself. The Police and locals stopped him there. Immediately he was taken to Shamirpet Police Station. (Maxim News)
