Farmers won battle as Centre repeals 3 farm laws, Harish Rao

Hyderabad, Nov.19 (Maxim News): Finance and Health Minister of Telangana T Harish Rao today stated that farmers across the country showed their power of unity, strength and movement.

Harish Rao on his Twitter handle lauded the repeal of three farm laws by the Centre. It is the victory of the farmers at Delhi region during the protests which continued for about an year. Harish Rao extended congratulations to the farmers for winning the battle against the centre.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has announced that the three farm laws are being cancelled. Harish Rao cited that Modi informed the nation that the centre has taken a decision to repeal the three farm laws. Modi stated that a special parliament session will be conducted in November last week to repeal the three farm laws. Noting this Harish Rao stated that it is the big victory of the farmers. The farmers faced all ordeal, hardship and difficult during their yearlong protests, he said.

The Minister also recalled the farnersc agst who are on a war path against the draconian farm laws. Their fight and persistence efforts have been fructified and the centre took a decision to cancel the three farm laws, the Minister said.

He also welcomed the decision by the centre to cancel the three farm laws which are a major reprieve, the Minister said.

Harish Rao said that the farmers during protests at Delhi borders had faced barricades, barbs, curbs, water cannons, lathi charges by police and related issues. However the farmers won the battle, Harish Rao noted.

The farmers showed bravery, faced bullets, restrictions and bullets by the police at national capital region have been appreciated. It is a miraculous victory of the farmers on the centre and I greet them, Harish Rao said. (Maxmi News)
