Fear Of Defeat Forces TRS To Knock CPI Doors: Uttam

Hyderabad, Sept.29 (Maxim News): TPCC president Uttam Kumar Reddy today said the fear of defeat in Huzurnagar Assembly bye-election forced the TRS leaders to approach CPI leaders at Makhdoom Bhavan seeking its support. However, his party was sure to win the bye-election, he added.

In a pressnote, Uttam Kumar Reddy appealed to the CPI leaders not to support the TRS in bye-election. Instead, it should support Congress candidate Padmavathi Reddy to teach a lesson to the KCR Government. He also said the CPI leaders should not forget how Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao humiliated the Left Parties in the last six years and also questioned their very existence. He asked the CPI leaders not to fall in TRS trap and support the Congress.

Uttam Kumar Reddy campaigned in Mellachervu. Revooru, Chinthalapalem, Appannapeta, Laxmipuram, Sarvaram, Kondaigudem, Ganugabanda, Parreddy Gudem and Garakunta Thanda in Garidepally Mandal on Sunday. He appealed to the voters not to get misled with TRS propaganda and vote for the Congress party. He said Congress candidate Padmavathi Reddy would file her nomination papers on Monday and a meeting of Congress workers would be held in the evening at Huzurnagar Public Club. (Maxim News)
