First Complete Remaining Link Roads: CS to Officials
Hyderabad, Dec.28 (Maxim News): Telangana Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar complimented the HRDCL officials for constructing missing link roads which has resulted in good connectivity in the city.
The 12th meeting of the Board of Directors of Hyderabad Road Development Corporation Limited was held under the Chairmanship of Chief Secretary at BRKR Bhavan today.
Chief Secretary directed the officials to identify the dense traffic locations to construct more bridges across the Musi river to open up areas as it gives huge impact on the development of areas in the vicinity.
Chief Secretary while reviewing the progress of works taken up on Missing Links Project of HRDCL, directed the officials to take up more works in a planned manner. The HRDCL has taken up 37 Missing Links with an amount of Rs. 313.65 crores in phase 1 of which 23 links are in advance stage/ nearing completion. The balance works are proposed under phase-II. Preparation of Road Development Plans is in progress and will be completed by next 2 years. The Board also reviewed the construction of bridges, ROB/RUB and missing link roads.
