Five Of Family Killed As Car Rams Divider And Turns Turtle In Adilabad

Adilabad/Hyderabad, Oct 1 (Maxim News): Five persons of a family were killed, while three sustained injuries when the car in which they were traveling crashed into a divider and turned turtle on NH44 near me kaalagandi village in Gudihathnoor mandal on Monday night.

According to police officials, Khaja Moiz (60), his son Moinuddin (40), grandchildren Ali (8), and Mohammad Usmanuddin (10) from the Teachers Colony in Adilabad died on the spot. Farid (12) breathed his last while undergoing treatment at RIMS-Adilabad.

Ayesha Afrin, Ekra Sath, and Farid sustained injuries in the mishap. They were shifted to RIMS-Adilabad. Their medical condition was stated to be stable.

The incident occurred when they were returning to Adilabad after attending a function in Hyderabad.  The accident occurred when they were barely 15 minutes away from home.  Police registered a case and are investigating.  (Maxim News)
