Former CA Of MLC Kavitha, Buchibabu Sent For 14 Days Judicial Custody By CBI Court

Delhi/Hyderabad, maxim News): The CBI special Court has sent Gorantla Buchi Babu, the former CA of MLC Kavitha, daughter of Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao for 14 days of judicial custody in the Delhi Liquor Scam.

Buchi Babu was arrested on February 8 and ended his three-day CBI custody yesterday. In this background, Buchibabu was produced by the CBI officials in Rouse Avenue Court, and along with him, Magunta Raghava Reddy was also produced before the CBI special court by the ED officials. In this order, the CBI officials alleged that Buchi Babu was a partner in the liquor policy conspiracy and that he participated in many meetings with the accused.

The Court explained to them that Buchi Babu had committed a serious crime. He asked to be sent to judicial custody. The special court agreed with the CBI officials and sentenced auditor Buchibabu to judicial custody for 14 days. He will be in judicial remand till February 25. (Maxim News)
