Former Congress MLC to quit from party

Hyderabad, Nov.6 (Maxim News): Pained at the humiliating defeat of the party in the recent by-election in Huzurabad Assembly constituency, former MLC of the congress party Prem Sagar Rao has reportedly decided to quit from the party. It is learnt that Rao is planning to float a party in the name of north Telangana Indira Congress.

He held a meeting with his supporters and followers to discuss on the issue in Mancherial. Rao is likely to announce his decision after the meeting. Targeting the state leadership of the party Rao has alleged that injustice was being done to the real Congress Party leaders and workers in the undivided Adilabad district .

He also expressed his displeasure over the appointment of the leaders, who have recently joined the party. He also said that it was unfortunate that the party leadership had ignored those leaders and workers, who worked hard for the success of the public meeting at Indravelli .

He said that he would go ahead according to the decision of his supporters and followers. He demanded the party high command to change the leadership in the undivided distinguished and fixed a deadline of 10th of this month. (Maxim News)
